I just wanted to let you know that I had a great experience working with Ellen. When my hard drive suddenly crashed just before a major deadline, Ellen came to my rescue. Recognizing that I was beyond stressed-out, she made herself readily available to help me resolve all of the issues I was having as quickly as possible. She responded to my questions over email within minutes and she explained everything in a way that I - a complete computer novice - could understand. She also helped me make the most of the time I was paying for, and recommended the Emerald Plan which I really appreciated. Had she not, my computer crisis would have cost several hundred more dollars to resolve.
I will highly recommend Ellen and Geek Housecalls to everyone. She's fabulous and I will definitely request her for all my future computer needs!

Bob had an instant grasp of all my computer concerns. He cleaned and made some minor adjustments on a printer to save me the expense of buying a new one. He made a swift adjustment that permitted my computer to accept a crucial CD it had previously rejected. He "dusted" the innards of the computer, and walked me through the rationale and technique of disc defragmentation. In short, he got me "up and running" again with a minimum of muss, fuss, and bother. Bob is a delight to work with, and a credit to your organization. You have one happy customer here. So many of us have networks now or are just moms like me with no tech help desk and we are just floundering about using the kid down the street when he's free etc. I liked the idea Andy knew about networks, hardware, software etc. I felt this was a real service like the plumber or the interior decorator or the electrician, as opposed to a "guy" who just comes in that you pray has the skills. You might also make clear that you can consult on and install home networks, God knows I would have saved $$ if I'd used you in the first place.
