2. Drop off your equipment along with a $49 payment (diagnostic fee) to determine the extent of repair work required.
3. Usually within 48 hours of drop-off, we will contact you and quote a price for the repair.
4. You can then decide whether you'd like to proceed as quoted.
5. Please note that data recovery work and special order parts will require full payment in advance of the work/order.
6. If you opt to proceed, you will be notified when ready for pick-up and pay the quoted amount at the time of pick-up.
7. If you cancel, you are expected to pick up your equipment within one week unless recycling arrangements are made.
