Prioritize tasks so we know what to tackle first! Find original CDs and CD KEYs in advance in case your geek needs to reload a driver or program so you won't lose valuable time searching for it. List passwords and usernames your geek may need for access to computers, routers, cable or DSL accounts or email accounts. Interact... or don't! Your experience can be as interactive as you want.
